So if you are Rmoal, Tlavatti,Toltec, Turanian,Semite, Akkadians and Mongolians you belong to one of the 7 sub races of the 4th Root Race.
 
The goal for the 4th Root Atlantean Race was to develop intellect at the expense of psychism.  Those that developed through their lower intellect eventually became the leaders of their race, those that were less accomplished lagged behind.    Those that advanced were the seed stock for the next root race.  The goal of the 5th Root Race is to develop intellect overshadowed by higher intelligence. (present humanity is a mix of 5th root racers mixed with some 4th Root Race leftovers - for want of a better word, sorry I mean no discrimination) This does not mean Arian Supremecy, simply that some in the 4th Root Race achieved their goal in their own cycle and advanced to the next grade while others chose not to and are now attempting to do so in this cycle.
