Re: Theos-World "Looking for Dugpas" on The Theosophical Network

What a choice! You can either have Dugpas running all over the place,
hiding under beds, hiding in the cabinets, rummaging in the closets, and
sticking their faces out of the glove box in the family car, or you can have the
place all stinking and die of lung cancer!

Talk about can't win for losing!

I knew there would be some benefits to smoking! but surprised that the
dugpas don't enjoy it. Finally, a reason for HPB's smoking!!!

>To me the word Dug-pa means a place to be buried, hence the word to
dig-dug-dug in English. So a Dug-pa is someone who is connected with the
burried, the dead and then in particular the burried ones who'se kamarupa has been
the winner in the afterlife and which is vampirizing the living, who
mostlt are not aware of them.

Burning myrrhe and wood, as well as incense is another and as is also stated in
the ML, to live with a heart of compassion.. .
