Was not Hitler called the leader?  Yes he was, Fuhrer means leader.

I suggest the term """Leader""" is not such a good term to use.

How about teacher instead.  Teachers can be ignored and so sweat lost.
Leaders may be somewhat more difficult to ignore.

There will be those who say NO to any leader, because the leader could be
another Hitler or Stalin.
