Dear Anton,

Thank you so much for this labor of love. 

For anyone interested in the institutional issues since last year, this compiliation is of utmost value as it is exhaustive and reasonably well-organized. (The additinal comments are of course his own)

And there is always something new to learn. For example I did not know about the written protests by Joy Mills and John Algeo against what they perceived as inappropriate interference in he affairs of sections by the TS Executive Committee (point 9).
