Blavatsky opposed all forms of religious ritual - you and I both know that.   This was introduced by Leadbeater - if I was a paying member of the TS I would be furious that money was and continues to be spent on ritualistic mumbo jumbo.

The Christian and Hindu ceremonies, which I mentioned, are performed in early mornings. There is no other activity going on at the same time, perhaps because to keep people free to attend these services. So time could not be an excuse.
