Perhaps it has some wrong points, but as what he said, "a doctor at a patient's bedside; must look for the organs that are diseased and can only help the patient by seeking out every cause of ill health."

Why pay, when it's already published free online? Besides, I think 
this is a clear disclosure of the failures of the TS after HPB died, 
and its no wonder that followers of the teachings of Leadbeater and 
the pseudo theosophical religion he founded, give it negative reviews 
and try to prevent students of theosophy from reading it.
