Does Anand Have a Double Standard?

Notice what Anand writes to Joe Fulton:

Even IF we might assume Anand is correct in what he says, isn't it strange that Anand himself has censored a number of peoples messages to his group/groups.
Why is that?
Does Anand have a double standard here?
Maybe his motto is: Do as I say not as I myself do.
