There are a lot of discussions going on about the rules and regulations of
the TS.

Would it not be a good idea to scan all the Annual Reports for the last ten
years so that we can see for ourselves what went on in the GC meetings and
what and why changes, in rules, if any were made and perhaps who may have
been behind the changes.

Many times such historical review will yield very valuable insight for
historians. May be some library which have access to the annual reports can
consider this as a project. I recently contacted the Olcott library to see
if they have the reports for 2007 and 2006 and they could not find them.
They do not know why?
