I suggest having the best lecturers give lectures on you-tube,
with graphic aids used with the lecture.
Just find interesting current events and tie this in with theosophy ideas.
That is, the search engines will direct people to current events and just tie theosophy in with current events.
I mean current current events, not arguments from 100 years ago.
By chance alone, some will read theosophy this way, if made current.

Many newspapers in the country have gone out of business due to escalating
costs combined with reduction in readership. Many have gone entirely to
electronic edition or a combination of print and electronic. More and more
publications are available as ebooks. I think this indicates where the print
media is going. Looks like theosophical organisations need to take note of
the trend if not soon costs will overtake their publishing venture
especially in the current bad economic times. Is anyone listening or just
taking an ostrich approach only to wake up one day and find that the
publishing arm need to shut down.

Some times you need to repeat important points again and again until they
get through.
