What is going on behind the scenes?

After the GC meeting in December, we have not heard of any talk from GC
members about some of the immediate issues such as Sections membership
decline, very poor member retention, followup substantiation on the serious
allegations made by some, financial help that can be organized to help fix
the deteriorating old buildings at Adyar, etc.

Is the silence, a sign of falling back to the old lethargic mode or active
behind the scenes moves GC members want to keep secret from general
membership just like the disenfranchisement plan?
