URL simply means "Universal Resource Locator" and simply stands for
the entire address of any web site. I you haven't got a website, you
have no URL. For example, one of my my URLs is http://
www.tellworld.com/Astro.Biological.Coenergetics/ I also have one
where I store the ANC illustrations.
In facebook, if you don't have a URL just leave that space blank when
you make up your profile. And you can also prevent anyone from
seeing any personal information you want to keep private (except your
name, of course;-)
