I am glad that you brought it up.

It was from Sinnett's statement that it was in 1830 that a decision was
taken by the Great White Brotherhood to launch Theosophy and TS. Only one
publicised source knew about the launching of TS before 1875, at a time
even  HPB was not fully aware of the plan. It was a statement from the South
Indian Saint Ramalingam.

Anyone has seen any other information on the above.
