The Theosophical Glossary by HPB or Mead!?

Dear friends

I have a few questions...

>From Theos-talk we have the following words about the Theosophical Glossary by H. P. Blavatsky, which was mentioned to be ready for print before her death or physical departure.

"WHO PLAYED THAT TRICK ON H.P.B.? by Boris de Zirkoff
May 11, 2001 10:15 AM
by Blavatsky Archives"
http://theosophicalglossary.net/

Also the e-mail from Daniel Caldwell...

"Some Observations on the Claims made by Boris de Zirkoff and others
Jan 10, 1999 10:34 PM
by Daniel H Caldwell"
http://theosophicalglossary.net/

The articles or e-mails in the above links areinteresting in the sense, that - The Theosophical Glossary by HPB or Mead!? was and is not complete. And that it appearntly contains important mistakes.

A question:
Are there any new info on the above article by Boris de Zirkoff?

Where is the original manuscript by Blavatsky today? Was it lost?
Which words was actually from Blavatsky's own hand?
