Ah but Theo - you did your research for the production of your book - this was not my criteria - my criteria was simply to discern the teachings - that Bulwer Lytton impacted theosophy or vice versa is no more than a nice but colourful chapter in theosophical history. My muse has always led me to the appropriate book at the appropriate time.

Not to put the selfcongratulary feelings of our esteemed member
Christina down, but rather, to put some perspective into matters -
these sources are already known for more than a decade with the
serious contemporary students of esoteric movements. In fact, you'll
find the same sources and information in my 1998 book on John Keely.
So, that's over a decade ago. And yes, I have all of these in my library.
What surpriss me is that this is treated here as new and revelatory
materials on a list supposedly inhabited by theosophists who really
should have done their homework. Same goes for the thread here on
Bulwer-Lytton. All of that and more is found in my 1998 book.
And before me, there were others.
regards,
Theo
