Dear Konstantin,
thank you very much for that information.
We live in times of universal deceit and therefore a theosophist has to
check and proofs our sources, books and letters.
People inside and outside have reason to fake such letters. Outsiders for
evil reasons, insiders for good reasons.
According to HPB such a spiritual proud is far worse than the evil itsself.
Cannot you try to get an official statement from the Moscow archives that
they don't held a Blavatsky letter?
>Yet there are others agruments in favour of that the letter is forged.
My arguments are mainly language-related.
The letter reads:
"I can speak French, English, Italian, as well as Russian, I easily
understand German and Hungarian and a little bit of Turkish."
Language seems in general an important field in theosophy.
Yet your argument is weak as we have contradicting statements which language
she could speak.
Somewhere she says, she could speak German, otherwise she says, she could it
not.
The rationale could be ordinary misunderstandings or camouflage, but it
could also be occult reasons, when one considers that with her higher self
she could speak a foreign language which in worldly state she could not.
In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act."
