Yes Djwual Kuhl is the inpirator from Alice Bailey and he lived also
in the Valley( TashiLhunpo) near Moria and Koot Hoomi.The all have
had a cave there.Later the whole valley has been destroyed by
eruption.
I have all the books on CD and on USB stick and some in my bookshelf.
