Two days ago, I sent you an  e-mail inquiring if the latest Messenger issue
is available as a pdf file.  Till now, I have not received any response.

I can arrange to convert  the Messenger into a pdf file and email it to you
so that it can be emailed  to any member and/or made available for download
in the TSA website. This  is free to TSA on my dime.

I think TSA can make use of this free offer  at a time of tight budget.

Let me know if you want to take up on the  free offer.
