Thank you for the links. I did not know anything about this sad conflict. Spanish press has not report it basically as far as I know and I read press almost everyday and especially hold on to any news from the Dalai Lama, as it is always comforting to hear a national leader talk truly about, love, brotherhood, human respect, but this I hear, does not correlate with the idealised idea I had from him.
The strength of the Tibetans where unity and/of faith and the Dalai Lama himself has corrupted it with this initiative. Yes I can imagine the Chinese must be enjoying this. For a Tibetan, a religious division must mean a national feeling division I thing, it is going to be hard for them to overcome such a split within their own hearts.
 
Reading your first message, I was going to recommend you to get in touch with pro human rights group that I think are doing a beautiful work to fight for human rights, here is the link

They already carried on a campaign with the Dalai Lama to protest for Chinese repressive politic on free speech during the Olympic Games, but after watching the videos and reading the article, I would suggest a campaign to convince the Dalai Lama to change his mind and retract this ban from his folk.

Personally I prefer to focus on the cause of the Tibetan people than on religious divisions. Of course we know a great harm maybe caused to the Gelukpas with the action of the Dalai Lama. Also all this controversy  between Tibetans gave even more strenght to China, as the result was conflicts between Tibetans and divisions. I think was a great mistake of the Dalai Lama to do that.

What does everyone think about the forced ban of the Dharma Protector 
Dorje Shugden?
It is written that:
To enhance his authority, the Dalai Lama has sought to merge the four 
traditions into one and place himself at its head. But Dorje Shugden 
presents a roadblock. One aspect of Shugden is to Protect the Gelugpa 
tradition from adulteration, particularly by the Nyingma. 

Did the Dalai Lama get trapped in the Rime Movement and fully sold out 
to the dugpas?
Broke his Guru commitments, turned against Shugden and sacrficed the 
Gelgupa order for the hope of Tibet?
