Hi MKR,
I think congressman are right to say why begging for help from 
taxpayers or whatever if they can paying for flight or private jet.
Same in TS .They still have not a private jet, but they also give out 
money to one group of people for travelling, while mostly a simple 
deliberation can take place by as well as telephone or e mail or 
whatever.
But that things happens everywhere, also in our European community in 
Brussel.
I think it is, because of; it travels better from the money of 
others. 
Makes more pleasure to the party.
Is not it?
