Not for members only. All documents related to foundation,
incorporation, and firstly, the Rules should be on official site of
organization available for everyone, otherwise anyone has every right
to regard it a cult or a sect.
How any reasonable and sane man can join an organization without
seeing its rules? Yet most of us have done that.
