Rule 10 (e) 

Change: two full years - into - twenty-four consecutive months; TEXT 
ADDED at the end of the paragraph.

Each General Secretary, Regional Secretary, Organizing Secretary and 
Presidential Representative shall make known the names of the 
candidates and their nominators and candidates' biographical data to 
the members in his area and take the votes in accordance with the 
instructions in Appendix B to these Rules of the individual members 
who have reached the age of eighteen years on the rolls of his 
National Society or area of administration who have been members in 
good standing for (two full years) TWENTY-FOUR CONSECUTIVE MONTHS 
immediately prior to the date of the call for nominations, AND SHALL 
COMMUNICATE THE RESULTS TO THE SECRETARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 
INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN APPENDIX B TO THESE RULES. 

Rule 44 (a) 
Vesting of property of National Society or Lodge

Change: TEXT ADDED.
ALL THE ASSETS AND PROPERTY, REAL OR PERSONAL, OF SUCH NATIONAL 
SOCIETY OR LODGE (BRANCH) SHALL BE HELD IN TRUST FOR THE WORK OF THE 
THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY IN THE LAND OF THAT NATIONAL SOCIETY OR LODGE 
(BRANCH).

Appendix B

Change: TEXT ADDED.
(a) The Section shall print the voting papers and biographical data 
WITH THE NAMES OF THE NOMINATORS as soon as the names of the nominees 
are announced.
