mkr,
Well myself, I think I left New Acropolis around 1978-9 and later moved north in 1983 so was out of touch to events there. It was after he was no longer the Director there that he was retained as a National lecturer. yes, his skill in Spanish is most proficient as he was originally from Argentina. I doubt they could have found anyone better than him to send to begin the Western United States New Acropolis. His selflessness and dedication and deportment and ability to uplift and elevate and inspire others to Theosophical exposure was considerable and worthy of acclamation.
Regards,
John

If I recall right, the member in the USA has left Acropolis long time ago.
In addition, his Spanish language skills is very valuable for theosophy and
TS. The Hispanic population is growing fast in the US and soon may reach
nearly 50%. TS has to attract this segment of the population if it wants to
grow. I was glad to see him active in the TS in America.
