Re: Harassment of International Secretary by John Algeo's supporters

In the history of TS I don't think it happened many times what is
going on now.
Internet is available in almost all cities in the world and it is
available to all General Council members. Also it does not require
great technical skill to participate in online forums. General Council
members should interact online and give members information.
Many members have identified John Algeo as source of problems. But
what about Betty Bland, Kim Dieu and Wies Kuiper ? This Wies Kuiper is
leading Holland section which does not have more than 200 members and
yet they can create so much trouble at international level.
Disproportionate powers given by constitution to Sections is the cause
of problem. I think, only thing that can permanently solve the problem
is implementation of Anand Gholap formula for General Council
composition. It will ensure that every Section will have voting powers
proportionate to it's membership.
