I was looking at my shirt in the mirror and said to it...That is not me! On the shirt was the brand name "Human Nature"...Then I looked inside and saw a much more interesting Being, Which didn't have a name but Who said silently: I am you ALL :-)

I agree that we all, as human beings, should ascribe best motives to every
human being.
People come and go. It is a fact that human nature is the same either at
Adyar or London as one of the Masters stated. And human nature has not
changed in a million years.
When you consider the interests of all organizations - which are very long
term, systems are setup so that you look at the worst case scenario to
prevent anyone from exploiting any weakness in the system to the detriment
of the organization and perhaps driven by their own personal interest. We
all wear masks and present a nice and favorable public image and no one
knows what is really behind the mask.
The motivations could be the best; but misdirected and they can also be
blind to the trouble and irreversible harm that may result to the
organization.
Also as intelligent human beings, taking a hard and skeptical look and
acting accordingly cannot hurt anyone or any organization.
Alertness and vigilance are always good. Let us be alert and vigilant.
