Anand,
You write concerning Leadbeater and Mars:
------------------------------------------------------------
What proof do you have which proves Leadbeater was wrong? In the
absence of proof if you discard the findings of any clairvoyant, then
it is unscientific. Your position would be more accurate if you say "
I don't have proof of whether such inhabitants exist on Mars or not.
So I can not support or reject Leadbeater's findings about Mars"
------------------------------------------------------------
Does this make sense?
Suppose a Danish clairvoyant describes going "out of the body" to
Greenland where he visits the headquarters of Santa Claus. This
clairvoyant describes in great detail Santa Claus, his appearance,
his house, his headquarters, etc. etc.
Later a follower of said clairvoyant when challenged about the
validity and truthfulness of the Santa Claus claim could write
something similar to what Anand wrote:
"What proof do you have which proves the Danish clairvoyant wrong?
In the absence of proof if you discard the fingings of any
clairvoyant, then it is unscientific."
But the question that should be posed to the follower and student
of the Danish psychic is:
What evidence do you have which proves the Danish clairvoyant is
right and knows what he is talking about when he says that Santa
Claus lives somewhere in Greenland?
Regarding what Leadbeater says about Martians living on Mars, what
evidence is there that supports Leadbeater's claim? And does the
scientific data that has been accumulated about Mars tell us anything
about whether Leadbeater's claim merits any serious consideration or
not?
These are the kind of questions that should be asked and answered.
