This section when read alone is taken out of context. You and others are denying the implicit message that HPB is in fact TOO TRUTHFUL and if ordered to mislead it is to ensure that seers (clairvoyants) are unable to see the trees for the forest. Truth put in the wrong hands will create more damage when used for the wrong purpose.
