Hi Ramadoss and all,

Looking at the Theosophical Society in New Zealand web site

http://www.theosophy.org.nz/

it quickly becomes quite obvious that Warwick talks with the 
authority of most transparent and probably best organized, membership 
friendly Section. You will find on its web site all essential 
information: Constitution, By-laws, Policies, Plans, Reports, 
Section's structure, Application forms, Programs, Events, 
Publications and much more. This Section therefore proves that it is 
possible also under current circumstances to realize most of the 
essential demands we talked about in previous months.

My suggestion would therefore be - follow this example and demand:

- that your Section and Lodge establish a web site (members of the 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/theos-trans/ will be happy to give you 
technical assistance);
- that your Lodge's and Section's By-laws are available to you and 
that they include your participation in the Lodge's and Section's 
affairs;
- that your Lodge's and Section's officers are democratically elected 
by you and that there is fluctuation in the leading positions;
- that your Lodge and Section design a policy and definite plan of 
work with your active participation;
- that you receive reports of your Lodge's and Section's work and 
that you have the possibility to express remarks.
