In India, when members send e-mail to the General Secretary, he rarely
gets reply. It is because one person can not give good service to
13000 members. So, as I proposed earlier if these 65 representatives
also interact with ordinary members, there will be much more
communication between officers and members and necessary information
will reach them. Members will feel they are part of the organization.
Right now there very little communication between Indian Section
management and members in India. If 65 representatives also act as
bridge between management and members, that will be greatly helpful
and members will take interest in TS work and mission.
