Theos-World Re: TS - Disenfranchisement - Update

It is wrong idea that Esoteric Section and Co-freemasonry hijack
Theosophical Society. As I understand, according to old rules
Co-freemasonry should operate independent of other organizations like
TS or ES. Earlier ES head was supposed to be appointed by earlier ES
head. And TS President was to be elected by TS members.
I was told by some old members that it was during Radha's presidency
rules were changed and headship of all three organization was given to
elected President of the TS, who was Radha herself.
I think ES, TS and Co-freemasonry are all good, but changed rules
concentrated all power in one person. We need to study what rules
Annie Besant had made for ES and Co-freemasonry. These three
organizations were running well till death of C. Jinarajadasa in 1953.
