What we need is fresh young blood. Look at the organizations which grew and
flourished. They were led by young leaders. Example Jesus, Buddha,
Shankaracharya etc. They were also not scholars with PhDs and took their
task as a second job after retirement in the old age!!! So a young leader
can surround herself or himself with older ones for PR purposes.
