Hi Katinka, I found the book on my father's book shelf when I came 
form work.
It's a translation of the: 
Personal Memoirs of H.P. Blavatsky
by Mary K. Neff 
she used 25 different sources to put it together.
the chapter is called "marriage and the shadow of death"
