Hi Cass,
Back in 1964, I as a flight engineer on a American C-130 while in USAF, flew guns and ammo into the Congo, to Rhanda, across from the civil war in the old Beligan Congo.
I was in American Air Force, but this was a UN peace keeping mission.
Who did I fly for, the american air force or the United Nations.
The side we gave the guns and amno to, took 30 prisoners and ate 28 of them
on the day we gave them the guns and amno. Real UN Peace!
The UN gave canibals guns and ammo. I was there, I did this.
Guess where we pick up the Guns and Amno. Beligium, of course.
