Yes, I believe that it is the same material. But as Ton den Hartog, 
the creator of the HPB Collected Writings webpage has passed away in 
November 2007, his web site hosting place has probably expired. 
Couple of minutes ago I received a message that the material is now 
on the Katinka's web site.
