There are few things less true than a court decision and many reasons why Leadbeater would not have been charged with anything, not the least the political influence the Theosophical Society had at the time.? The prosecutors would have found good reasons to look the other way--their careers depended upon it.

For me, the court verdict is enough, as we are talking about the
accusation in criminal case. As there is no higher authority in such
things than the court. Consequently what you say is most probably
slander. If Leadbeater was alive, he could easily sue you and win the
case.
