Actually even when Radha is in India, most people fear to talk with
her. Senior E.S. officers also don't talk unless she herself asks
something or gives people freedom to ask questions. Some leaders have
this quality which makes other fear to some extent. When I wanted to
suggest something and to correct things, I did so by asking her
questions with implicit suggestions.
But most people whether Indians or westerners fear to talk with Radha.
