Yes, I was also surprized to see the envelope which should be named. 
It makes these envelopes obsolete ? it would be easier to send voting 
slip in general envelope then. (This is a first time I vote, as I am a 
new member. As an unattached member I've sent it directly to Adyar).

At least, it could be done in big sections, like Indian and American.
The lesser sections may have not enough money, and it would be better 
to use them for a theosophisal work.
Another and cheeper method would be, as was proposed, to publish 
immediately the results of the lodges and then of the sections.
