I heard that our old officers don't check their mails and they don't
respond. I had submitted in detail report about preservation of
important Theosophical books and articles. They did not pass it. So I
have not suggested them about putting constitution online. 
But it will be good idea to suggest them. Persons like you who are
visiting Adyar always and have close contact with Mary etc. may
suggest her.
