Some of the letters about the weak health of Radha Burnier which were 
recently circulated were written in such rough and straightforward 
tone that it makes me think that the real aim of the campaign was to 
undermine not her but Algeo. I don't know about the rest of the 
world but here in Russia such electorial technologies are widely used.

All members of American Section already know J.Algeo very well, as he 
was their president, so he needn't to be advertized, at least in the 
USA.
