I just received a e-mail from Mary Anderson that any complaints can be sent
to her at theossoc@dataone.in and she will forward the same.
Anyone who feels that they have a complaint about the current election, can
send her a e-mail. In that e-mail, please request her to acknowledge the
same to make sure it has reached her.
