SD1 515  she calls it as soeshoemna ray.
Where she in SD1 page 549/550 caduceus (root Asvattha) explained
evolution from spirit into matter and reinvolution from matter into 
spirit, page 551.All the same.
Only she does not mentioned the names Ida and Pingala, for that time .
Also she warned that one must not exercise by breath ( pranayama) but 
by willpower.
