I think that it is not so in general, as in co-masonry the women can 
do the rites.
Yet maybe those peculiar rites which are used in the christian 
churches were developed especially for men.

And it should be so, as LCC was invented not no convert easterners to 
christianity, but to give the western christians who appreciate 
christian rites but gave up with the theology some field for the work.
