Hi Anand,
You must have missed my email that I confused Daniel with Dallas.  I have apologized to Daniel and hope that he responds to the email.  I am sure if anything remiss had happened to Daniel, Eldon would have let us know, as he did with Daniel.

Dear Cass,

That means Daniel is no more. How come nobody give this news to
Theos-talk ? It is most surprising. Daniel had maximum number of
fierce encounters with some other students of Theosophy, and he had
friends also. He wrote perhaps maximum messages to this group. It is
very surprising that nobody discussed anything about his passing.
