Franks,
The theory is absurd. How would they get the 60 million to Australia in the first place. Where would they be housed, it would mean China was empty. It only takes two generations before the newly arrived are integrated into the society. We are multi-cultural, have been since our convict days. The need for a single culture is driven by fear of being in the minority and losing standards of living. For the most part Australia has flourished with this diversity. Our latest crop of immigrants are the Sudanese, and some have brought with them the politics and violence of their past, but the majority are peaceful people who want to start a new life. They are given the opportunity to be relocated to our country areas where they are given jobs and new prospects.
The world is now fearful of Muslims and Sudanese refugees because of their religion and violent beginnings, our government here is now very careful about who it lets in. I do not see this as discrimination but as practical awareness. Those that are serious about starting a new life are welcome, those that are not are not welcome. The rules have been tightened in order to ensure future security, not in terms of one group taking over but in terms of one group causing problems for the majority.
Cheers
Cass

What about the doctrine of svabhava in that connection?
Has not every people the right to develop its own genius?
Does the frst aim support multiculturalism and therefore the destruction of
all peoples (except one people?)?
Does it support to enkindle civil wars to become great masses of refugees
and human trafficking and gain profits from it?
What does a nation which is threated with foreign rule?
Say, Australia would be forced to let 60 million Chinese into the land and
the Australians would become the minority?

Here you pointed out it very clear
by the way one of the rules( first) seems to be the universal
brotherhood, no distinction of race, colour, believe, sexe and caste.
or whatever more.
