 Not to my memory at least. BuI I was once inside Mt. Kailas and saw the huge interior Temple  in there. My opinion is that the term "Shamballa" is a recent word that became the affinitized label fro the Interior world of the Great White Brotherhood that at best cannot be earlier than the Buddhist arrival to Tibet. The Bonpo who are adamant they have a lineage back to 18,000 BCE do not use the term instead they use Ol Mo Rung Ling if I haven't transposed the last two words. They have a very descriptive citation  of the physical organization of it's districts and realms and rings and the directional divisions. It is the most complete I have seen. There are alleged to be with held maps by both the Tashi and Dalai Lama's. The Bonpo are now in the present time supported by the Dalai Lama Gelugpa and were helped by him to save and preserve their legacy of possessions and to get them out of Tibet. I think Blavatsky knew what they had and directed people away as a blind in this case. The 
recent discovery of the "Silver Palace of Guruda" and it's pre-Buddhist implications interests me. Just my personal opinion.

This is so much fun Ibelievean't beleive it!!! I went to Constantine's Palace outside of St. Petersburg Russia and admired the beautiful Garden with all the meticulously maintained patterns. The entire world is laid at your fingertips for Free! Grab it and grow in mind and spirit!
