Hi, Marie

Glad to know that in the past such greetings were sent. I hope the
cooperation does not stop at it. Hope there is more action in the arena.

I am be wondering if there were any personal interaction at the top levels.
Some historians may give us some background on what happened in the past and
also reasons why not much happened in the past.
