the biographical information about Boris de Zirkoff is unreliable:

Also unreliable is the biographical information BdeZ gives about HPB's
heritage, as Prof. Peter Laur found out (cp. my review in one of the last
FOHAT issues).
There is no source which proofs either the relationship between BdeZ and
HPB, nor about the existence of some relatives of HPB as given in B:CW.
Nor is the slightest source available about Peter von Hahn.
It occurs strange to me that obviously no theosophist during the last 130
years did any research in that direction (or they did but with no result).
