I have mentioned about the power of internet as a medium which shines light
on facts and many other matters. A clear cut
example is the latest story about larry craig, the idaho senator. the
cnn website has scanned copies of his arrest record, complaint and the
plea deal signed by him so everyone can read the documents first hand.
in pre internet days this was impossible. Now anyone in the cyberspace
can do it free of cost!! It is this kind of public access to info
which terrifies many who are used to control access to information in
the old days. Long live Internet.
