I have just found the following link to the best
online edition of Besant's and Leadbeater's book titled
THOUGHT FORMS.

This edition has helpful links to navigate and move through each 
section and chapter of the book.  This same edition also provides 
beautiful and large reproductions of the colored illustrations of the
