Kessinger afforded to Google many old theosophical books but as 
copyrighted. I don't know is this possible to challenge this 
copyright, as all these books should be in a public domain.

Moreover, Google book search is extremely inconvenient. I couldn't 
ever fetch any book from it, including "Hints on Esoteric Theosophy".
