It's not a coincidence. The reason is that the book was printed in 
England and not by a theosophical publisher. The lodges have their own 
established channels of supply and it was aside of them. Even TPH 
books printed in London are comparatively rare in mass of those 
printed in Wheaton and Adyar, and I have only two: one is a gift of 
the old theosophist, now deceased, and other which I asked from a 
friend who lives in London, as I was specially interested in that 
author.
